President
In 1998 I left home to Dongguan get my first job at a lamp factory, my job is to make lamp shade frames. In 2007 I opened a small workshop, with the help of my family my business get great expansion in 2012 and moved to a larger factory. I walked step by step and worked so hard every minute, I learned very tiny thing about lampshades. You could say me a large capacity computer full of experience and expertise in lamp shade industry.
Operation Manager
I used to worked 5 years at Bright International Group Ltd as an engineering. But change has proven to be for the good! I joined Jinli in 2009 and have been loving the change of profession. I'm responsible for whole factory operation. Also in charge of new design development, sample making, sourcing, production improvement, machine repairing and maintenance. I always try to find the simplest way for any complex problems. I guess you could call me "Jack of all trades".

Sales Manager
I'm the sales manager at Jinli Lighting. I have been a member of Jinli team since 2013. No matter you are regular customers or new buyers, no matters how big or small your business is, your expectation will be properly managed. I never treat customer as numbers but friends. One of my favorit things about working at Jinli is making connections with clients and helping their project come to life.
